▶ In this video I talk about immigration to European countries. Taking a look at a map where we understand the different categories that exist, percentage-wise, and where we can understand - through a color scale - which countries in Europe have the biggest percentage of immigrants. After that, I got into a detailed video of two countries per category, attempting to learn more about why they have such high/low immigrant groups, where those people come from, and why they moved to said countries. We get to see, for instance, how Northern and Western Europe have the biggest percentages of immigration; how Eastern Europe has reasonably low ones - with Poland and Bosnia taking the lead at only 1%. And how Switzerland is, apart from Luxembourg and other microstates (such as the Vatican with 100% immigrants) the European country with the highest percentage of its population with a migrant background: between 30 to 40%.
